Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Tennessee is seeking a Physical Therapist to join Signature Rehab. You will work with residents to provide rehabilitative therapy and help them regain function in daily activities.

Graduate from an accredited PT program with a BS and a current PT license in the state; you will collaborate with the care team in our integrated model and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program leading to a Bachelor's of Science in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative physical therapy to residents and patients within Signature Rehab.
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to support timely recovery and return to activities.

We are recruiting for a Physical Therapist to join our team. Requirements for consideration include:

• Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree
• A Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
