Job summary

Signature Rehab within Signature HealthCARE is seeking a diligent Physical Therapist to join our team. You will work closely with clinical caregivers to help residents regain function and return to daily activities across our nursing homes and outpatient settings.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PT program with a Bachelor’s degree and a valid state license. Our benefits package covers medical, dental, vision, retirement options, tuition reimbursement, and more to support

• Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree.
• A Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinicians to support residents' recovery and timely return to activities.
• Provide rehabilitative therapy services to residents and outpatients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
