Job summary

Bear Mountain of Sudbury in Sudbury, MA is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting. You will evaluate residents, establish treatment plans, and support mobility and pain reduction while collaborating with PTAs, nursing staff, and the care team.

You will document progress, coordinate care, and contribute to a stable schedule that supports residents’ recovery journey. Active PT license is required to join this dedicated team.
