Job summary

LTC Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist at Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation in Whitinsville, MA. This full-time SNF role focuses on helping residents stand, walk, and improve mobility with confidence.

You'll assess patients, plan and provide treatment for mobility, strength, balance, and gait, document progress, and coordinate with nursing and clinicians. Massachusetts PT license required; new graduates welcome.
