Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility/LTC team in Michigan. This part-time PT role focuses on mobility, strength, balance and functional improvement, with mentorship and growth opportunities.

You'll collaborate with a supportive team, develop personalized care plans, maintain regulatory documentation, and help patients achieve meaningful outcomes in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
