Renewal Rehab, a long‑standing member of Enhance Therapies, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our full‑time team in providing skilled nursing and long‑term care therapy. You will evaluate and treat mobility and functional impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome! Mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
