Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services in an interdisciplinary setting. You will assess patients, plan and implement therapy, educate families, and document progress according to facility policies.

Education: Master Degree in Physical Therapy. Experience: 0–1 year. Current PT licensure required with CPR preferred. Travel may be required; weekly pay and benefits provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• 0–1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Must have or maintain a current state PT licensure; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics and home programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, plans and outcomes per policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage their condition effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education: Master Degree

Experience: 0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
