HealthPro Heritage in Newberry, SC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to serve as Rehab Director and lead a growing team. In this leadership role you will oversee clinical care, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

You will assess patients, design and supervise therapy programs, and collaborate with other clinicians to advance a patient-centered rehab approach in multiple care settings. This is a full-time on-site position in Newberry, SC.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; able to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Provide therapies and education to improve function and reduce pain; guide home exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and plans, ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
