Job summary

A family services organization in New York is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join their new Early Intervention program. This entry-level position offers flexibility in scheduling and immediate case placement. Ideal candidates will have an active NYS license in Physical Therapy and a passion for working with infants and toddlers. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy to infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) in home and community-based settings.
• Develop and implement treatment sessions based on each child's IFSP goals.
• Document session notes and maintain progress records in compliance with program requirements.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers to support carryover of strategies in daily routines.
• Coordinate care with program supervisors and other service providers working with the child.
