• Base pay range: $75.00/hr - $80.00/hr
• Pay: $80 an hour

Job Description

Summit Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in home-based or group home settings. Immediate per diem and part-time opportunities are available in Monmouth and Ocean Counties for PTs, OTs, and SLPs in our growing DDD department.

Job Requirements

• Licensed or eligible for New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities
• Display professionalism, trustworthiness, accuracy, and dependability
• Show passion and enthusiasm to provide creative evidence-based care
• All new hires, including new graduates, will be supported and mentored
