Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our home-health team in Michigan. You will deliver skilled PT in patients' homes, with flexible scheduling, autonomy in clinical decisions, and the support of a mission-driven, growth-oriented organization.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state in which you are applying
• 1 year of physical therapist experience is preferred - home health and OASIS experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
