Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid state PT license or certification.
• Preferred CPR certification.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0-1 years of experience.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics for effective condition management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes per policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
