Physical Therapist (PT) – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic | Oregon

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: Medford, Oregon

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Our team is dedicated to providing evidence-based rehabilitation services in a supportive and collaborative environment. We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions—from sports injuries to post-surgical recovery—helping patients get back to the activities they love.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient team. This is a hands-on role focused on personalized care, functional outcomes, and long-term recovery. Whether you’re a seasoned clinician or a recent graduate, we offer mentorship, autonomy, and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to address orthopedic conditions
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and home care
• Collaborate with referring physicians and clinic staff for coordinated care
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in EMR
• Participate in clinic development, team meetings, and continuing education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon (or eligible)
• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Preferred: experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehab, or post-surgical care
• New grads welcome; mentorship and onboarding support available
