Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in and around McHenry. If you value a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

Deliver in-home PT services, evaluate mobility and function, and implement evidence-based rehabilitation programs with autonomy and clinical mentorship. Compensation ranges from $65 to $85 per visit with PTO, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current license in good standing.
• Experience delivering in-home PT to adults and geriatric patients preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set individualized goals.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
