Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to design and implement therapy programs that restore function, mobility, and comfort for residents. The role supports residents and staff through individualized plans and ongoing progress updates.

Your Impact

What We’re Looking For

• State of Iowa Physical Therapist License - or eligible to sit for boards


• Experience preferred - but we’re willing to invest in new grads!
