Job summary

Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center in Mason City, Iowa is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to design and implement personalized therapy programs that restore mobility and reduce pain. You will collaborate with residents and staff to create individualized care plans and monitor progress to adapt plans as needed.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Iowa or eligible to sit for boards.
• Experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Work closely with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.

What We’re Looking For:

• State of Iowa Physical Therapist License – or eligible to sit for boards
• Experience preferred – but we’re willing to invest in new grads!
