Job summary

Concord Care Center in Iowa is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to design and implement customized therapy programs that restore mobility and improve quality of life for residents. You will collaborate with a supportive in-house team to create individualized care plans and monitor progress.

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to help restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.

What We’re Looking For:

• State of Iowa Physical Therapist License – or eligible to sit for boards
• Experience preferred – but we’re willing to invest in new grads!
