Job summary

Countryside in Tennessee is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to design and deliver individualized treatment plans that restore function and independence for patients facing disabilities, injuries, or illnesses.

You will conduct evaluations, implement and adjust evidence-based therapy, provide one-on-one and group sessions, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Tennessee.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical limitations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve patients' goals and objectives.
