• Supports and participates in department operations and development.
• Reports changes in patient status to the Director of Rehab and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

Summary of the Physical Therapists (PT)

The Physical Therapist will carry out an individualized program of physical therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving functional goals. The Physical Therapist will also maintain a positive working relationship with other health professionals and ancillary staff.

Job Requirements of Physical Therapists (PT)

• Current Florida License as a PT (Physical Therapist)
• Current CPR
• At least one (1) experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Physical Therapists (PT)

• Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants with the goal of ensuring optimal patient care and achievement of outcomes.
