Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Re-assess treatment effectiveness, participate in staffing and family meetings.
• Conduct discharge evaluations, recommend safety modifications, and provide referrals and education.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improved outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in your state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neurorehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; may involve lifting or transferring patients up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.
