What you will do in this role:

1. Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and assist in their recovery, including instructing nursing staff and families on follow-up programs that build on progress
2. Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and post charges daily to patient records
3. Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards
4. Instruct families and nursing staff in follow-through programs
5. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
6. Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, compliance standards, professional standards, and applicable laws
7. Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
