Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Greeneville, TN is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team and provide rehabilitative care to residents. You will evaluate, plan, and implement PT treatments while collaborating with therapists, nurses, and family members to support patient goals.

Requirements include a degree in physical therapy and an active PT license in Tennessee. Weekend availability is preferred to meet resident needs at Signature Rehab facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state where services are rendered.
• PRN weekend availability preferred for scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive rehabilitative services to residents.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to optimize patient outcomes.

What You Need To Make a Difference

We are recruiting for a Physical Therapist to join our team. Requirements for consideration include:

• Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree
• A Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
