Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Exton. You will deliver in-home PT, evaluating mobility and implementing rehab programs to improve function and independence.

The role offers a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and supportive team, with training and mentorship provided. Compensation is per visit, with mileage reimbursement and potential benefits based on status.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology—email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $60 - $80 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
