Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking an in-home physical therapist to serve adults and seniors in the Bucks County area. You will evaluate mobility, design individualized plans, and implement evidence-based rehab while educating patients and families about recovery and prevention. You’ll also document per Medicare and agency standards, with ample training provided and support from a therapy-focused team.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Comfort with email, texting and EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $60 - $75 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
