Available Positions

1. RN Director of Nursing

   Plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Nursing department to ensure the highest quality patient care.

2. Physical Therapist (PT)

   Provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral, complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

3. Director of Rehabilitation Services

   Manages the physical, occupational, and speech therapy departments to ensure high-quality rehab services.

4. RN MDS Coordinator

   Coordinates and assists with the completion and submission of accurate interdisciplinary MDS Assessments, CAAs, and Care Plans according to CMS RAI Manual.

5. Assistant Director of Nursing

   Assists the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing Nursing Services.

6. Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

   Provides speech therapy rehab care to patients upon physician referral, following all relevant laws and standards.
