Job summary

Powerback Rehab in New Mexico is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for St Anthony HC and Rehab. You will assess patient needs, create recovery plans, and deliver PT in a facility setting to restore function.

The role reports to the Director of Rehab and participates in our referral bonus program. Our team is committed to patient-centered care, growth opportunities, and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in PT-related field plus Bachelor's in PT; or Bachelor's plus 5 years PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to restore function and independence.
• Collaborate with team and refer to other providers as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.

Qualifications

• 1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• 2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $60.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
