Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN position at Providence Place of Pottsville, offering a pathway to growth and a referral bonus program. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver PT services in-facility, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

You'll work as part of a patient-centered team, promoting independence and wellness across diverse settings while benefiting from mentorship, CEUs, and visa/relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
  • Master's in PT-related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
  • Provide in-facility physical therapy services and care.
  • Collaborate with the Rehab team and refer as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional recovery.

Qualifications
  • They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
  • They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
  • They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
  • They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
  • The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range USD $50.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
