Job summary

Rooster Healthcare is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full-time roles in long-term care facilities in Vermont. The package includes a $100,000 annual salary, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and up to $15,000 in certification reimbursement, plus housing and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Document evaluations and progress per requirements.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in at least one U.S. state.

• Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

• Must obtain a Vermont PT license or valid Vermont Compact Privilege before starting employment.

• Must already be physically present in the United States.

• New graduates who graduated within the past six months and hold an active PT license are welcome to apply.

Licensing Support

Rooster Healthcare will guide eligible candidates through the process of obtaining the necessary Vermont authorization to practice. PTs licensed in participating PT Compact states may qualify for a Vermont Compact Privilege.
