Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley, FL. You will deliver skilled rehab services to residents in inpatient and swing bed units, supporting timely recovery and return to activities they enjoy.

You will collaborate with licensed clinicians, follow evidence-based practices, and help patients achieve meaningful improvements in mobility and function while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation therapy to residents in inpatient and swing bed units.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure timely recovery and return to activities.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to Signature HealthCARE patients.

• Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy, culminating in a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree
• A Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
