Job summary

Sweetwater Care is hiring a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in the US. Position: Physical Therapist. Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with option to extend) OR permanent placement option. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Shifts: Days. Pay: Excellent rate including hourly plus housing and travel stipends for travelers. New grads welcome and supported. You will deliver PT treatments, assess progress, and adjust plans to help patients regain mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Current TB test/results
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of conditions
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
