Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a licensed physical therapist to provide in-home pediatric therapy in Denton/Lewisville, TX and surrounding areas. The role includes evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and ongoing progress monitoring to improve mobility and motor development.

Candidates should have TX license, graduate from an accredited PT program, CPR, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
