Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists to provide in-home therapy for children with developmental, physical, and neurological needs across Texas. The role focuses on helping patients build independence and improve quality of life in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

We are hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) across Texas to provide in‑home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and neurological needs. What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence‑based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist

Preferred

• 1+ year of pediatric experience
• Home health experience
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
