Responsibilities

• Title: Physical Therapist
• Location/work environment: In facility
• Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab
• Help patients get well by assessing needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy.
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities, treating the whole patient.
• Adapt to patient needs and collaborate with peers, providing referrals as needed.
• Teach patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications

1. Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. evaluated as the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
