Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well by assessing needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. You are a healer and helper who addresses the whole patient, designs programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities, adapts to patient needs, and collaborates with peers while making referrals when necessary. You also train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans
• Deliver personalized physical therapy in various settings
• Collaborate with colleagues and make referrals as appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy exercises and independence skills
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and clinical mentorship programs

Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - $43.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience
• Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent
