Job summary

Spaulding Hospital-Cambridge, Inc. is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop plans to restore physical functioning. You will administer manual therapy, perform assessments, and guide patients in exercises and device use.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, discussing goals with patients and families, and contributing to inservice education and quality initiatives. An active PT license and DPT are required; 40-hour onsite work with day shifts is offered.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred.
  • State Physical Therapist license required; driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients to reach maximum physical performance and adjust treatments as needed.
  • Evaluate treatment effects and adjust plans to maximize benefit.
  • Document goals, progress, and plans for reevaluation; discuss with patient and family.
  • Provide inservice education to nursing personnel as needed.
  • Participate in hospital-wide quality processes.
