• Home health experience is a plus but not necessary.

Your Role

As a Physical Therapist on our Southwest Virginia team, you’ll provide in-home care that empowers patients to regain strength, mobility, and independence — all while maintaining a healthy balance in your own life.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform in-home evaluations and develop personalized therapy plans

• Deliver hands-on therapy, monitor progress, and adapt treatments as needed

• Educate patients and caregivers to support safety and independence

• Document care clearly and efficiently

• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary care team

What You Bring to the Team:

• DPT or MPT from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license

• CPR/BLS Certification

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a real impact

• Home health experience is a plus — but not required
