Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT to patients with injuries/illnesses to reach their highest potential.
• Assess patients, record findings, and set measurable treatment goals.
• Design rehab programs aligned with physician plans and patient goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to update plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of patient care.
• Communicate progress with patients, families, and the team.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, reporting progress and updating care plans as needed.
