Job summary

Home&Care in Billings, MT is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver skilled PT in patients' homes, building meaningful relationships and helping them regain independence. You will assess, plan, and progress rehab aligned with physician plans, supervise PT assistants, and diligently document care.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved).
• Current, unrestricted Wyoming PT license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients with injuries, illnesses, and functional limitations to help reach highest potential.
• Conduct assessments, record findings, and develop individualized treatment programs with measurable goals.
• Design and implement rehabilitation programs aligning with physician plans and patient goals, adapting as needed for optimal results.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to update and refine treatment plans.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, reporting progress and updating care plans as needed.
