Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide services to residents, including evaluations, treatment planning, actual therapies, and discharge planning. You will work across inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services, with a focus on prevention in a slower-paced community environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and related duties as required
• Grow professionally with opportunities across inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services
• Follow resident-focused, clinically driven treatment decisions and contribute to program development

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy


• Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered


• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)

Pay Range

$76,385.00 - $116,149.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
