In-house program in a friendly slower paced community environment providing holistic care, including prevention. Salary with 65-75% productivity benchmarks. No mandated group treatment. Specialized on-site training (chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, and more) provided during work hours with CEUs. State-of-the-art rehab gyms. Ability to build relationships by following patients across a continuum of care through inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness. Clinically focused, patient centered treatment decisions drive our programs. Positive leadership philosophy that gives therapists opportunities to provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing. Due to our company being a non-profit organization, school loan forgiveness is available after 10 years!

In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Pay Range

$74,160.00 - $112,766.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
