Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health in Oklahoma is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to adults and geriatric clients in compliance with state regulations.

You will supervise rehabilitation staff, coordinate with PT assistants, and contribute to standards and mission-driven care while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification; other certifications as required.
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of experience with adult and geriatric patients.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks including standing, walking, gripping, bending, kneeling and squatting.

You will provide direct supervision to patients, oversee rehabilitation technicians, and supervise PT assistants in accordance with state practice laws.
