Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN role in Columbus, GA. The therapist will provide PT services, perform evaluations, utilize modalities, and help patients regain function across pediatric to geriatric ages. Supervision of assistants and staff guidance may be required.

The role requires a Georgia Physical Therapist license (or compact) and BCLS. A BS/MS/DPT degree and active CEUs are required. 2 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy required and active licensure in Georgia or compact privileges
• Continuing education credits (CEUs) required and maintained per state requirements

Responsibilities

• Provides PT services for a designated patient group to restore function and independence
• Performs evaluations, modalities, and treatments to relieve pain and prevent disability
• Cares for patients across age groups and supports staff guidance as needed

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS, MS, or DPT Required

Must maintain current CEU's as by the State
