Qualifications

• Active LA PT license.
• BLS certification.
• NVCI certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead rehabilitation care for patients and coordinate treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to align goals and outcomes.
• Deliver therapy services per patient plan of care.
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes clearly.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and discharge plans.
• Maintain safe, supportive environment for patients, families, visitors, and staff.
