As a Physical Therapist, you'll create customized treatment plans, work with an awesome healthcare team, and guide patients of all ages through their journey to recovery. • Create Treatment Plans: Develop and implement treatment programs tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with doctors, families, and rehab staff to make sure everyone’s on the same page.
• Teach & Inspire: Share your PT expertise with colleagues and students to help them grow and learn.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Ensure your therapy space is safe, clean, and fully stocked with the right equipment.
• Make Things Better: Get involved in performance improvement initiatives to enhance care for everyone.
• Keep Learning: Stay on top of the latest trends in physical therapy to continually grow in your role.
  
  

What You Need

• A degree in Physical Therapy and a Missouri PT license
• Great communication skills and a love for helping others
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper body mechanics
