Physical Therapist - PRN Heritage House of Marshall Health & Rehabilitation Center

Join us as a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist at Heritage House of Marshall Health & Rehabilitation Center! Enjoy a spacious therapy gym and work with a dedicated team.

We seek a PT to join our in-house team of professionals committed to providing person-centered care to our residents, aiming for positive outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with patients about their physical conditions.
  • Assess and interpret patient evaluations and test results.
  • Develop treatment plans using various techniques.
  • Create personalized rehabilitation programs.
  • Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, restore function, and promote healing.
  • Ensure all treatments follow the established care plan.
  • Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide support and education to patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure quality care.
  • Complete documentation thoroughly and timely, complying with regulations.
  • Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab.
Skills and Requirements
  • Preferred experience in SNF/Long-term care.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices.
  • Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System is a plus.
  • Ability to manage patients with diverse personalities.
  • Active/Valid Texas license in Physical Therapy.
  • Good standing with regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
