Physical Therapist PRN Days Position Summary
Administers optimal patient care by planning, organizing, and implementing a physical therapy program including assessment, evaluation, documentation, and treatment for individual patients referred by Licensed Independent Practitioner. Assists with review and development of department and program policies and procedures and with the supervision/education of other staff. All assessment and treatment media, approaches, and techniques will be appropriate and specific to the population served, including general rehabilitation services to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Education/Other Qualifications: Minimum Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
Minimum Experience: Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: Must have current licensure in South Carolina. American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire.
