Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide general physical therapy, sports, and industrial medicine services. You will perform daily patient assessments and treatments, review protocols, and ensure accurate billing through precise documentation.

The role requires state licensure, a current BLS card, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills to interact with patients and physicians while maintaining a high standard of care and facility readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum and possess a current BLS Card.
• State Physical Therapy licensure required.
• General physical therapy, sports and industrial medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily patient physical therapy assessments and treatment.
• Review of treatment protocols by ordering physician.
• Participate in treatment plan review and ongoing patient care reassessments.
• Accurate documentation to ensure timely and correct billing.
• Communication ability to direct and assist other clinical staff as necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with patients and physicians.
• Provides necessary educational services and participates in facility in-service activities.
• Works to ensure a safe and clean facility including physical plant and equipment maintenance and supply inventory upkeep.
• Assumes any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Director of Inpatient Unit.
