The role requires a VA license in Physical Therapy, BLS, and at least 1 year of experience. Base pay ranges from $103,376 to $149,115 annually, with potential bonuses and shift incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Level Degree or Higher in Physical Therapy.
• VA License in Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
