Benchmark Therapies, Inc. is seeking PRN Physical Therapists interested in joining our team at Asbury Normandie Ridge.

Benchmark is becoming the therapy provider for this location on June 1st, 2025, and we're expanding our team! Asbury Normandie Ridge is a highly rated retirement community offering skilled nursing, assisted living/personal care, and independent living options. Our team will see patients across the entire care spectrum. We are excited to begin this new partnership with Asbury and see great opportunities for growth in this community!

• PRN: Flexible without minimum time requirements
• Location: SNF, PC, IL
• EMR: Net Health

Qualified candidates should have:

• Active PA PT License in good standing
• Current TB test
• Covid Vaccine or valid exemption
• CPR certification

Responsibilities Include:

1. Provide effective and personalized therapy services to improve cognitive, language, and swallowing difficulties in patients suffering from diseases or injuries.
2. Document patient responses and treatment outcomes accurately in Net Health.
3. Establish positive relationships with patients to keep them engaged and motivated.
4. Maintain kindness and courtesy towards patients and staff.
5. Approach work with teamwork and collaboration.
