The Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team. The Inpatient Physical Therapist completes patient assessments and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience. The Inpatient Physical Therapist provides or directs a majority of the patient’s physical therapy to support patients throughout the continuum of care.
What you will do in this role:
Education:
Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Program with a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree.
Experience:
New graduate will be considered with acute care experience.
Professional memberships and development of career goals encouraged.
Evaluation and treatment of patients with neurological experience is preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Must be licensed in the State of New Hampshire as a Physical Therapist by the NH Office of Licensed Allied Health Professionals.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
